2nd National Online Art Competition on a Special Occasion on Independence Day 2020

S.N. Das Art & Cultural Trust, a Non-Government Organisation in West Bengal is going to organize the 2nd National Poster Art Designing Competition for School Kids on 15th August 2020 in association with KOKUYO Camlin. It is going to be online base platform.

S.N. Das Art & Cultural Trust named after late Shri Schindra Nath Das, a self-taught artist. Right now, the school was handling by his son Mr. Soumitro Das, the Chairman of the school, a contemporary artist from Indian Art College in West Bengal and the school Directed by Mr. Binod Mallick, contemporary artist from Shantinikatan in West Bengal.

The foundation of the first school the S.N. Das Art & Cultural Society Kalyani in Rathtala, was established in 1994. Then, the S.N. Das Art & Cultural Trust was connected and registered to the Non-Government Organization in 2015. Currently, it has 4 branches in 2 different states of Rajasthan and in West Bengal. In West Bengal, it has two branches with free art courses especially for those who are economical backward classes.

Our mission is to spread art activities in all over the India and develop art and cultural knowledge especially in economical backward class areas. Member of the school is from different region of India as well as international also.

About Competition:

It is 2nd National Online Art Competition on a special occasion on “Independence Day” by S.N. Das Art & Cultural Trust and this competition is for school kids with different categories and theme:

Classes 1st to 5th – Student’s Choice

Classes 6th to 9th – Dream of the Day

S.N. Das Art & Cultural Trust is giving a platform where school level kids can participate and show their talent through art and get a chance to develop their interest in a better way. Winners get a chance to join free online art workshop by the best faculty of “Chitra Bharati Art College, West Bengal”. The entire participant gets a participation certificate which will help school children for their future records.

The participants are from different states approx. 10 state students participate in it- Delhi, Rajasthan, Chandigarh, Uttarakhand, Assam, West Bengal, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai and Bangalore.

We are very glad seeing the interest of the all participants of different region which is helping S.N. Das Art & Cultural Trust in reaching to their target and succeeding to their mission in encouraging and giving others scope in art industry.
